3 TBS RunAmok Mama's Quick Mix (or 3 TBS Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend)
1 TBS Water, warm
2 tsp Trim Healthy Mama Super Sweet Blend (or Pyure Organic Stevia)
1/2 tsp Aluminum-free Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
For Strawberry Topping:
3/4 C Fresh Strawberries (can use frozen - Thaw and drain off excess liquid)
1/2 tsp Trim Healthy Mama Super Sweet Blend (or Pyure Organic Stevia)
For Whipped Topping:
2 - 3 TBS Heavy Cream
